Performing the Archive, Animating the Database. The Basmati Film’s Experience

The contribution examines the artistic activity of Basmati Film (Audrey Coïaniz and Saul Saguatti) in order to identify the function performed by the database in their operative practice and the ways of approaching the archive defined within their poetics, devoted to contamination and multimedia.
