The role of the librarian as educator is now widespread in many Italian contexts, where they conduct training courses and seminars for both students and the public, employing varied methodologies and technologies tailored to the target audience. Based on this observation, a session of the Convegno delle Stelline 2025 in Milan was dedicated to ‘Tools and Strategies for Learning to Teach’, aiming to outline the educational, relational, and communication skills that this professional figure must possess and continuously update in the context of lifelong learning. From an organizational perspective, the session adopted a workshop format, divided into working groups in which speakers presented the scheduled topics. These were explored using diverse materials such as charts, questionnaires, online infographics, and structured games.
